I've been in the automotive business for almost 25 years now. In that time I've spent 20 years in management, as a sales manager, F&I manager, and automotive cansultant. I spent 7 years facilitating sale events for dealers thru out the country and have always been invited back because of the honest upfront way we did business.My sucess in this field comes from the ability to build a strong relation with people by listening to their wants and needs and not bringing high pressure to the table. I'm pretty laid back and I think that is why people feel at ease with me.

I was a little on edge when I got there because of a previous purchase. I spoke to my salesman Ed Wojcik who listened to my complaint and then spoke to the Manager. They came over to hear my complaint and then asked how they could fix it. Needless to say I walked out with another vehicle and was very pleased. It was a very long day but it turned out to be a good day anyway because of the treatment I received from the salesman and the other friendly salesman in the floor. Mr. Butler called and made sure that I was good with the service received when I took my vehicle. Mr. Edward was on point with what was going on with my vehicle. He had me in and out. From my first inquiry to after I purchased my Buick Encore, Ed went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I not only purchased the vehicle I had my heart set upon, but received an excellent sales experience, was made to feel like a valued customer and even took time (after the purchase was complete) to educate me on the functions of my new vehicle.
