Great sales and finance teams. Denise Rice was fantastic! Service...? Typical dealership nonsense unfortunately. Had to make a second 3 hour trip because work was not com Denise Rice was fantastic! Service...? Typical dealership nonsense unfortunately. Had to make a second 3 hour trip because work was not completed within the day as promised. Dropped off car at 7:30 a.m. and waited all day only to be told at 5:00 p.m. that I would need to come back. Not very helpful to also be told sarcastically that I can drive my unfinished car if I didn't want to come back for it. Suggesting a customer drive a car not suitable for the road isn't exactly a good look for a service advisor. If you can't control your emotions in front of a understandably frustrated customer, you might consider another line of work. If you're looking to get service done at Manly, try one of the female advisors. They seemed to have a great rapport with their customers and appeared to approach their work much like the great people in sales and finance. More

Although I live 1. 5 hours away, it was worth the drive to purchase my new car from Manly Honda. From Efrain Aguado, my sales guy, to Dave the finance guru and the deli 5 hours away, it was worth the drive to purchase my new car from Manly Honda. From Efrain Aguado, my sales guy, to Dave the finance guru and the delivery truck guy (Brian), and everyone else in between, all the staff were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. This was best dealership purchase I have ever experienced. From the moment I first inquired about the car to having it delivered to my house 20 hours later, the entire process was smooth and without any of the typical dealer stress. The dealership itself was clean, everyone looked professional and the place exuded a very welcoming vibe. I'm happy, my son is happy and I will be singing their praises to everyone who is in the market for a car. If you're looking for a Honda (or any other make), give Efrain Aguado at Manly Honda a call.
