We brought our first Honda from John Rutledge in 2009 and this is our six one I think, John is amazing guy and the rest of the team there are great! Richard Lewis was very nice to us and we appreciate all y’all do for my family keeping us safe in our Honda’s !! If you need a Honda this is the place to go ! Dana Fancher has always helped our family too !! Maintenance department always so helpful and kind . We feel special when we walk in . More

Customer Service makes all the difference I bought a civic about 4 years ago and go to get my service done on it as well as my other family vehicles. They know my name, they treat me with a NI I bought a civic about 4 years ago and go to get my service done on it as well as my other family vehicles. They know my name, they treat me with a NICE waiting area with lots of snacks and amenities...even a place I can set up my computer and work while I wait, if it is a bigger service trip. They are amazing. Not something you see all the time. Thank you, Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville. You treat your customers the old fashioned way with modern amenities, AND you treat your community better than we deserve. More
