They are efficient and courteous. I had an insurance repair job and everything went smoothly. The repair came out seemless as though nothing had been damaged. The service advisor couldn't find me or my appointment in the computer even though I've been a customer since 2011. I always get good service from Daytona Toyota service department but the dealership’s selling tactics make me feel like I’m being scammed.
