Were we are the Ritz??? Wow, All I can say is Wow. The last time we were treated so well was a weekend getaway at the Ritz Carlton!!! Our 2013 Odyssey had some maintenance Wow, All I can say is Wow. The last time we were treated so well was a weekend getaway at the Ritz Carlton!!! Our 2013 Odyssey had some maintenance issues which were out of the factory warranty yet should not have occured with only 25,000 miles. Bob LIndsay Honda's service department (and our salesman Paul Schmidt) went to bat for us and got Honda Corporate to correct the issue. It is so refreshing having a team of experts working FOR you....the customer. I have often said that it is the service that sells the vehicles. I'm not sure if it will be 3, 5 or 10 years down the road but the Service Department sold my next van by taking care of us. Also, I can't praise them enough for their waiting area and hospitality. My wife is the one that took the van in and she took along our 4 year old, 2 year old and our 9 month old. They treated her and my children with such kindness and took extra time to help entertain them as they were there nearly 4 hours. (the original apppointment was not scheduled to be this long but the day quickly spun out of control) They even helped entertain the kids when my wife was on the phone and in discussions with everyone. It was just an amazing experience. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! It is so nice to do business with a place that cares about their customers!!!! More

Thanks for employing great people I was this dealership recently a routine service on one of my Honda vehicles. Emily is the service tech who took care of me during this service, I was this dealership recently a routine service on one of my Honda vehicles. Emily is the service tech who took care of me during this service, and this was my first experience with her. She did a really great job; she was attentive to my needs, and while my vehicle was being services she provided an update and advised me of a couple upcoming services. She told me that the timing belt is past due for replacement based on the vehicle's age, and the 90K service will be due the next time bring this vehicle in. I had checked my owner's manual regarding the timing belt replacement before I scheduled this service, but it was vague on this subject. Emily's advice was very helpful for me. Emily is just one example of the great people I've had the pleasure to work with at this dealership. Others include Brenda, Justine, and Jen. More
