Prior to coming to Valley Honda we went to several other dealerships. At each one we had to play the typical game of trying to get their legitimate out the door price. They all added fees for “extra acces dealerships. At each one we had to play the typical game of trying to get their legitimate out the door price. They all added fees for “extra accessories” that always added significant additional costs or wouldn’t give us their best price. We called Valley Honda and spoke to Manny and he was very knowledgeable about their cars, up front about their price, patient about all our questions and without any pressure. We decided to go in even though they are much further than other dealerships. We liked the car and decided to buy that evening and Manny and the staff stayed quite late to make us happy. It’s our first experience with Valley Honda and Manny but so far couldn’t be happier! More

I leased my 2020 Honda Civic from Valley Honda and I have been really happy with their service from day 1, including my experience buying, and subsequent service visits. After 3 years, I decided to explore my lease end options. Emmanuel Monjaraz guided me through this transition. He explained in detail what my options were, including moving on to a new lease or buying out my existing car. Based on my requirements, he suggested checking out the new Civic Hatchback. Emmanuel arranged for a test ride and we had a detailed discussion on how this car would be a significant upgrade from my existing ride. He then worked with the finance department to help me negotiate an attractive deal to lease the new Civic. After extensive discussions, where Emmanuel patiently answered all my questions, in the end, I opted to keep my existing Civic through Honda financing. I'm really happy with my experience with Emmanuel, and I hope to work with with him in my future transactions at Valley Honda. More

We test drove one vehicle which was not a fit. I explained to him that I wanted something very specific, which I did not think I would find, but it turned out exactly what I wanted was right inside the showroom.
