One 2018 Honda CRV Touring and now the most gorgeous 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid/Sports/Touring. If you are looking for one of the best, very helpful personnel and very professional at Valley Honda, John is one of them. When we first bought our CRV from Honda Valley, John had been very helpful and always keep us updated on status. And here it is, the second purchase, we looked for John and wala !!! Very smooth and no stress again !! Woo Hoo !! and we got what we really wanted. John made sure that we get what we really wanted and not just sell one that is on parking lot OR display. John showed us features in and out of the CRV. And he can even remember the comparison of our 2018 to the one that we just bought. I could not even remember all of it but John took his time to show us everything. Another good thing about John is if he is not sure about the answer, he does not make up things and he get back to us with answer which is what we really like with John. First of all I have never been to a dealer where there were so many people shopping for vehicles. We went to Valley Honda based off of reviews we read from a bunch of people on FB. We were looking for a pilot and John Griffin who was our salesman did a great job of getting our family what we wanted. John was patient and was respectful of our time during a late Saturday evening purchase. Not once was he pushy or trying to offer us a vehicle out of our price range. John gave us options towards purchasing vehicles and went over everything in detail. We were very impressed with how Valley Honda did business with us and now I can see why so many people rate this dealership and its sales team so highly.
