I had a great experience, but one suggestion: Express Oil Change shouldn't take 2:30 hours. I think a basic oil change shouldn't take longer than one to 1 1/2 hour when customer has an appointment. Outstanding service and customer service provided bu Rodriquez and Enrique. Enrique my service rep was on lunch when i arrived. The rep next to Enrique ignored me told me Enrique is not there.
