Unprofessional Behavior in Public Setting During my visit, I witnessed the porter using inappropriate language, specifically the N word, in a public setting. This conduct was highly unprofessional and visit, I witnessed the porter using inappropriate language, specifically the N word, in a public setting. This conduct was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Vehicle Purchase and Immediate Issues I purchased a car valued at $150,000. Within just four days of ownership, I encountered a significant issue: the battery was dead. Battery Problem at Delivery On the day I took delivery of the vehicle, Mr. Kerr had to use a battery jumper to start the car before I was able to leave. This indicated a potential problem with the battery from the outset. Follow-Up and Lack of Responsibility Four days later, the car failed to start again due to the same battery issue. Upon contacting Mr. Kerr, he instructed me to call GMC and request that they tow the car to the dealership. Mr. Kerr did not accept responsibility for the dead battery. Assignment of Responsibility and Resolution Process Mr. Kerr placed the responsibility for resolving the battery issue on me, sending a text message to communicate this. As a result, I was required to jump-start the car myself and drive 40 miles while concerned that the battery could fail completely during the journey. After repeated requests, a new battery was eventually provided and replaced at my residence, where the vehicle was located. Despite this resolution, I believe the dealership's handling of the situation was inadequate and could have been managed more effectively. Casey Wilson has been great. He has answered all of my phone calls and followed up when he said he would. Casey should get 5 stars on this review, Than you Casey for being a person with integrity. More
