I took my car to get a new push to start button. Was told they had the part and it could get fixed. Then I got a phone call saying the part would be delivered on Tuesday, mind you I dropped my car off on Fri they had the part and it could get fixed. Then I got a phone call saying the part would be delivered on Tuesday, mind you I dropped my car off on Friday night. Tuesday comes and I get a phone call my car is ready. When I got there to pick it up, the button was never fixed because now all of a sudden the part is on back order but my O2 sensor was fixed but that wasn’t the main reason why I brought the car in. More

Cordial and friendly people. Service was done timely. All the recalls were processed as well. Had to recharge battery in the keyless entry remotes and the price was decent for recharging. the recalls were processed as well. Service was great as usual. My only complaint would be pricing, Honda is not competitive with their pricing, I could have spent less somewhere else. A lot of times I do go elsewhere for that reason.
