I am VERY grateful for the sincere and efficient way that Susan Reinhard solved a frustrating payoff of my trade in. She is someone who really shows her loyalty to a Rick Case customer. Job Well Done! You the real MVP!!!!! My mother went to get her `2011 Hyundai Sonata` service. This vehicle was giving her a few problems! But overall it was a great vehicle that served it's purpose. A few salesmen try to pressure customers into upgrading to a new vehicle. During the service process of their vehicle! Which make a few feel uncomfortable. But that day when she went to have her vehicle service. She met Mr. Chtaili and he was very nice towards her. Didn't pressure her into upgrading to a new vehicle (which she get's very uncomfortable if she pressured into upgrading to a new vehicle). He has a great sense of humor, friendly, very patient, understanding, knowledgeable and trustworthy to name a few. Afterwards she met Mr. Saleh and he was also patient, understanding, knowledgeable, great sense of humor, friendly and trustworthy to name a few. He never pressured her into upgrading or made her feel uncomfortable!! I had the opportunity to speak to Mr. Saleh over the phone. He's everything I've mention above!! I'll refer anyone to see Mr. Chtaili, Mr. Saleh or Mr. Bynes (if you need extra advice he's very honest and will never lead you wrong). Thanks to these 3 gentlemens for giving my mother the greatest experience the 2nd time around. She loves her `2015 Hyundai Sonata`!!!! More

My car experience with Rick Case! Frankie Martinez, Andy Taylor, Abdel Mahmoud, Marty Israel, and Jonathan Morales are all excellent sales consultants. I had several issues with finance manager Ted Goldberg, but was satisfied dealing with Donovan, Mike Bushman. and Malik. Leroy Larson, Ozzie, and especially Tom Krizanic are very good in the management department. If you need to get your car serviced, make sure to ask for Ernest Baynes and Stefano Vigil. Colin Lord is also great service manager! More

I've dealt with the BEST car salesman not once but twice on trade ins into brand spanking new Sonatas. Donald Barnes is the best I must say!!!! There always friendly and so.patient because I know I'm nit the most friendliest and can be demanding at times but they seem to ALWAYS work it out in my favor and I LOVE them for that. Even.when it comes to service when I didn't purchase original car from.them.they always seem to be sweet yet honest and keep it cost efficient for my pockets. Ernest is my number one service provider then Chris...sorry Chris just being honest lol. Rick Case Hyundai will keep my business and referrals with the great work they do!!! More
