I bought a used RX350 from them and they promised that they would fix issues identified before delivery and when I went to pick car up I was told everything was done. To my surprise I took it to a local lexus dealership and they found out nothing was fixed and in fact found additional issues. I emailed theme to notify of the issues in details and asked for refund on vehicle since I no longer trusted the vehicle with all issues found however I was completely ignored. Besides their lies they have very bad customer service/ follow up. More

Excellent. Delivered as promised Ahmed, Sky, Devon, Anthony and Eugene made it all happen. Each one put all the pieces together to make my experience at Bay Ridge a great one. A spec Ahmed, Sky, Devon, Anthony and Eugene made it all happen. Each one put all the pieces together to make my experience at Bay Ridge a great one. A special thank you to Ahmed for all his hard word and for Sky for keeping his word in all that was promised. When I hit a bump Eugene Woods took care of it immediately. Thank you Bay Ridge Lexus. I would definitely use you again. You made my experience an enjoyable one. Usually leasing a car can be nerve racking. Not at Bay Ridge. More

Been to about 7 or 8 car dealerships in the last few weeks, and these guys are far and away the best. My salesperson was Luis Garcia, and I recommend him highly. Very professional. Helistened to my q weeks, and these guys are far and away the best. My salesperson was Luis Garcia, and I recommend him highly. Very professional. Helistened to my questions, gave me straight answers and wasn’t afraid to confirm hisr answers in writing. This dealership tells you what the deal is, sticks to it and doesn’t give you any high pressure tactics. What a pleasure! Unlike some of the other dealerships I visited, they do not give you a price and then tell you to "Come back again in a couple of days and will work out a deal. Maybe I can do better." Who has time to go back and forth waiting for the right deal to come across the table? If you want to be treated like you have a brain by a group of professional people, save yourself a lot of time and aggravation, and just buy/lease a car from them More

Contact dealership via email and phone on it's availability and got a reply on 4/2/12 via email and phone it was available, GREAT! Very excited took the day off from work. Also, had 2 other family members take off from work to share the excitement. Drove 3 hours to the Bay Ridge Lexus dealership and was informed the car was sold over a month ago. What?! Yes, sold. The Lexus was still active on ebay with bids. The internet sale assocaiate (Tim) stated "It's an error on ebays part" not our fault (it's always easy to point the finger at someone else Tim). We have removed and ended this listing last month. We have no idea, why it's active. Apparently, this same vehicle was an issue with the previous buyer on ebay. No one took the time and initiative to resolve the issue. The buyer did leave a negative feedback on ebay. While at the dealership, I showed the active listing to all the mentioned personal mentioned above. No one wants to take responsibilty. How inconsideate?! Now, as you can see my frustration level is raising... Ok, car is gone, move on right? OK...gets better. This dealership is a "JOKE". I was told by (Tim, Keith and "GSM Mr. Eugene Woods") we took in a trade over the weekend, it's a Lexus ES350 Ultra Luxury Package 2010, but the price will be more, ok. Same color same package etc. They showed me the car and said, it's cost was $xxx amount ok. Then, the GSM Eugene, states I've "verbally" promised a friend, I would hold this car for him until Tuesday. This friend is the bread and butter of my business, I could not so this to him. But on the other hand telling me to go screw myself... There is no deposit or sale agreement contract on the car, but it's a friend, who comes before a first time customer to his dealership. Screwed not just once, but twice. WOW! talk about having a knife in your back and then having it turned. Great job Eugene, Thanks! This is how Eugene operates his dealership. At this point, I'd rather look getting into MB or BMW, where I've never had bad experience. I did file a complaint with Lexus Corporate office in regards to my experience. I have been a loyal Lexus customer for 15 years. Every 9-12 months I either purchased or trade in my Lexus for a new one. Never had any negative experience compared to Lexus of Bay Ridge. More

Buying a car out of state can be an unnerving experience. One has to depend on the third party reports such as CarFax and AutoChek as well as the honesty of the seller and good common sense. I purchased a 20 One has to depend on the third party reports such as CarFax and AutoChek as well as the honesty of the seller and good common sense. I purchased a 2010 RX350 with only 15K miles from BayRidge Lexus.I realize that dealers don't always know everything about the vehicles they take in on trade, but I figured I couldn't go too wrong buying a 2 year old car with only 15K miles and clean reports. Well, I got home (350 miles away)and discovered a couple problems. I made some phone calls to the dealership and ended up talking with the General Manager. He was concerned and compassionate and told me that one option is to bring it back to have the issues corrected. Since this wasn't entirely feasible, arrangements were then made with a local shop to correct the problems. I was quite impressed as Bay Ridge Lexus went out of their way to uphold their image and the image of the Lexus brand. More
