I have purchased about 8 vehicles from the dealership, and I get all my service done here. I will never go anywhere else. My salesperson is friendly, honest, and very understanding about my needs. I've never felt pressured into buying a vehicle, and I've always received a good price. I've never had a bad buying experience at this dealership. Financing the vehicles has always gone smoothly, and my salesperson has always educated on how to operate the vehicles once I finished up with Finance. I then receive curtesy calls from the dealership within a few days about how things are going with the new vehicle, and I'm asked if there is anything else I need from anyone at the dealership. More

Evelyn in sales was fine to work with - it was John in finance that soured the car-buying experience for me. John was condescending and made a comment about how I chose the “cosmetic” add-ons instead of finance that soured the car-buying experience for me. John was condescending and made a comment about how I chose the “cosmetic” add-ons instead of the extended warranty. He wouldn’t stop talking and shared too much about his co-worker’s life in a negative way, it was uncomfortable and awkward to listen to. Complaints about the printer or music playing often included mild expletives such as “xxxx” or “xxxx” which is not offensive to me but felt very unprofessional. He obviously seemed to have better things to do. I can’t help but wonder if his demeanor would have been different had he been dealing with a man instead of two women, as he was subtly disrespectful and not friendly. Overall, he was helpful with financing even though he was definitely being judgmental about my choices. More

I worked with Evelyn last week to get out of a very painful lease experience I had through US Bank on a vehicle my family hated! She was so caring and understanding of our situation! Her the the team went above and beyond to buy out our lease and apply the lease equity to a new lease which reduced our monthly payments. I know the process of getting us out of our US Bank lease was a NIGHTMARE for her and the finance team - but they help me out without blinking. Evelyn is my favorite salesperson from any dealership ever! She answers all my questions, and if she doesn't know, she follows up with the correct resource to get me the info. The Service side of Honda, however... When I first became a customer, they also were 5 stars, but now they are more like a 3. I scheduled an oil change, and while making the appointment I requested a new cabin air filter because mine smelled musty. When I arrived for the appointment, the service person had taken it off the order without asking me, then man-splained why it did not need to be done yet. I almost had to *argue with him to get it done. In addition to this, it was during a spike in COVID cases in pre-vaccine era, and he was sitting at his desk with his mask down eating with his fingers! Then when my car was brought around for pick-up, the person who drove it around did not wipe down the touch-points. When I specifically asked him to do it, he used a red rag with black grease stains and no sanitizer spray, and just barely swiped the top of the steering wheel and shifter, no other touch-points. I am at risk for serious COVID and the Service dept made me feel very unsafe! More
