Horrible Experience. I knew way more about the car than the salesman and what's worst is I got most of the information from the dealership website. The original salesman never mentioned any of it it was pretty much here u go. More

He even went above and beyond the sale when he ordered new military decals for my husband because the ones on our trade-in would not come off. That was so generous and thoughtful! Thank you! Easy buying experience Overall I am happy with my South Oak experience. I feel like I paid a fair price for my vehicle. I worked with both Fabian and Clarence on the sale, and Leo with the financing. There was a bit of confusion on whether the vehicle was a "Certified" pre-owned van which it wasn't. The van is very nice and clean. Aside from some minor blemishes resembles a new van. There was also some confusion as to what my monthly payment would be but that was quickly resolved. There was a bit of pressure to add on a warranty and service package but that was resolved. Overall I am happy with my buying experience at South Oak. More

We had a wonderful experience here My Husband and I had gone to another dealership earlier in the day and had a few additional questions before purchasing our new Durango. We decided to check out South Oak, and I'm so happy we did. Right away Fabian Diaz met us with a huge smile and a warm greeting. He answered all our questions and made us feel attended to. Leo Estrada was wonderful to work with as well. He went over all the costs so that we understood everything and were happy with the deal before we decided. I would recommend this place and both Fabian and Leo to any of my family and friends who may be looking for a new or used vehicle in the future.
