Very dissatisfied. First I drop it on 17th and come back after getting a text it's complete on the 25th. I live in Cedar City UT. I Wasted 6 hours of my day since you guys lost the key and nothing had been done to my vehicle. It was sitting in the same parking spot I parked it a week ago. You said you'd mark it as checked in 7/17 so I could claim some rental car and hotel benefits with AAA. That wasn't done. Asked for you to have the 2 recalls done. You said you would. It wasn't. Got a call an hour after leaving to come back the next day to get the recalls done. After leaving my 2025 Kicks is blowing white smoke and oil is like a milkshake. I received a follow up text from the service advisor asking if I was satisfied and to let them know any feedback if I wasn't satisfied. No one got back to me. More
