Sorry I Couldn't Rate Them Lower 1.0 star rating 8/17/2019 We called in the morning to check about inventory and spoke with Felicia Richardson. She kept telling us how wonderful 1.0 star rating 8/17/2019 We called in the morning to check about inventory and spoke with Felicia Richardson. She kept telling us how wonderful our situation was, as we had another car we wanted them to buy from us and were going in on a new lease for an H-RV. When we got there, we were promptly dumped on a very eager young salesman, Edgar. Edgar quickly dissuaded us from the H-RV and upsold the C-RV. Honestly, there's no contest, and it seems Honda purposely cheaped out on the H-RV to push people towards the C-RV. No rear air vents. Dash seems very basic and chintzy (even on an EX - mid level model). We finally said okay the C-RV after a nice test drive. Then we sat down to talk numbers. During the time we sat down, he made two idiotic sexist comments, assuming I was my husband's secretary and then commenting on my picture on my license--saying he understood why my husband went for me because my hair looked nice in the picture. That dealership is full of female salespeople, you'd think dude would have a clue, clearly not. I brushed it off and kept it moving, feeling more sorry for him, but not willing to take the time to educate him. We had our son with us and didn't want to waste all day there. I wasn't messing around and gave him our best number, and he went back saying he thought we could get something close to that. What he came back with was laughable--literally Lexus numbers. I said we weren't prepared to pay that. After some back and forth, and having to send my poor kid and husband for a walk (we had been there so long at that point), TD Wells, one of the managers came over to talk numbers with me. I guess he thought I was an idiot or something, because he started telling me the stupidest things I've ever heard. He starts telling me that the resale value is high with a Honda. WHY DO I CARE ABOUT RESALE VALUE WHEN I'M LEASING A CAR FROM YOU THAT I AM RETURNING TO YOU AT THE END OF THE LEASE? (If I were buying it, that's another story, but a lease is a RENTAL agreement. The dealer has to worry about resale value, not me.) (And yes, dear reader, I did say these words to him.) Then he started telling me that the value of the car was some inflated number, and the generous down payment I was willing to put down, and the monthly payments I was willing to put down didn't get close enough to the MSRP of the car. AGAIN, IF I AM RENTING IT, AND YOU'RE GETTING IT BACK, THEN WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING CLOSE TO THE FULL VALUE OF IT? I'M ONLY BORROWING IT FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME. Then, the car that they were originally going to buy was suddenly not interesting to them. They claimed the value was too low. LIES. WE CHECKED BEFORE WE GOT THERE. During our conversation, he literally said the words, "I'm driving now." CLEARLY, DUDE WAS THREATENED THAT A WOMAN KNEW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND UNDERSTANDS NUMBERS. We finally got our cards back (they insisted on holding mine and my husband's licenses and my debit card--a technique to literally hold us there hostage) and left. The manager, TD, followed me out to the lot with his final offer, which was magically closer to my offer, and then told me it was the offer for today and could change. Keep it, Buddy. I'm not takin' it. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! I'd rather ride my 8 year old son's bicycle than lease a car from you! More

It was clean, organized and the staff was terrific .I was not sure which model car I was looking for but the young man Andrew Rampersad, patiently walked me through a series of options and helped me focus on the correct car. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered our questions as we looked at a number of vehicles. He has a very low key approach to selling cars and I never once felt any pressure. He brought "Oscar" in to help when we asked certain questions that were outside the range of his responsibility. We texted and emailed over the past two days and I can honestly say that his approach to doing business was what closed the deal! More

Painless Purchase very professional Well let me start off by saying i rarely write reviews good or bad. but since car dealerships and sales people seem to get a bad reputation. i feel it Well let me start off by saying i rarely write reviews good or bad. but since car dealerships and sales people seem to get a bad reputation. i feel it only fair i write this review i can not say enough how professional the people i dealt with at Millennium Honda starting with the contact person Felicia who put me in touch with the salesperson jonathan Torres a very respectful young man. when we negotiated the price i countered with an offer i had from another dealership (which was not nearby my residence and was not convenient for me as millennium was.) the quote i had was a lot lower on a 2017 honda civic. He told me the dealership are trying to clear out inventory on the 2016 civic which would be cheaper (Just doing his Job) but he knew i was set on a 2017 model and he respected my request and went to his sales manger with my quote and he returned shortly with his hand extended and told me congratulations. i am not an impulse buyer i did my research it"s not hard to see what you can buy a car for if you know where to look . not once did i feel pressured. I wanted to finance about half the cost .the next step was to meet the finance person MR. Charlie Giardinello, . well this is where i felt they would try to recoup some cash. was ready to do battle. but even to my bigger surprise charlie was such a gentleman what a pleasure he was . some dealerships just want to push so much to sell you anything because they are more concerned about them and not you the customer charlie did his job explained to me what they offer did not try to talk me into anything . Experiences like this make you a return customer and recommend the dealership to others that is good business and mIllennium Honda does Good Business no horror stories from me all the numbers were correct on contract. very smooth transaction. i know some reading this may not have had the experience i had with millennium and your review should reflect that but i as i mentioned in the beginning of this review its only fair the dealership gets a good review when they deserve it.
