Kudos to Fernando! I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and inevitably after the purchase, I never hear from the salesperson again. Not Fernando Morales! I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and inevitably after the purchase, I never hear from the salesperson again. Not Fernando Morales! After I purchased my car, Fernando called me NOT once, but TWICE to see how I liked the car, did I have any questions, etc. This personal touch really made me feel less like a $, and more like an individual. Thank you Fernando for actually caring and not kicking me to the curb after you received your commission! More

Good salesman Fernando started out process for us knowing we were not ready at that time to purchase. As I played with online sites I checked out Truecar and that's Fernando started out process for us knowing we were not ready at that time to purchase. As I played with online sites I checked out Truecar and that's how Kelsey got involved. With her not being available for pur time frame she passed the sale on to Fernando who did a great job.
