I’d heard good things about the Hall dealerships in VB, so when I saw a great deal online for a used 2023 CRV with low miles, I immediately scheduled a test drive. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Ahmed B so when I saw a great deal online for a used 2023 CRV with low miles, I immediately scheduled a test drive. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Ahmed Bouzoubaa. He was professional, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Ahmed took us for a walk around the car and thoroughly covered all of the features and upgrades. During my test drive, Ahmed ensured that I try all of the safety features so I could get a good feel for the car. The purchase process went smoothly and I never felt pressured or uneasy (I actually felt like family). I left the dealership with confidence and my dream car. After being disappointed with other dealerships in the past, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I even returned to the dealership later to receive additional paperwork regarding the warranties I purchased, and Ahmed and his sales manager, Tyler Edwards, made sure I had everything that I needed.
