The only complaint I have is kg customs they never call back I've tried even emails regarding a few customs I want done on my bronco but never got any call back or email just a call about wanting to buy another car which is weird. I will take my business else where when it comes to spending money on extra customs and just get all the maintenance done here that I already paid for. Just letting everyone know if you get Danny as your sales advisor you're in great hands. He's amazing. More

They answered all of my questions and treated me with respect. They worked within my budget and needs to get me what I needed and I walked away with a lease on an Escape. I love the car so much! But I walked away with so much more than a car. I walked away feeling good about myself and my choice. They are all genuinely good people. This makes ALL the difference in the car-buying experience. Bad Service, Bad Excuses, Bad Managment I purchased my 2017 F150 lease vehicle on 06/01/20. The finance manager, Francisco, processed all the paperwork including my upcoming registration tha I purchased my 2017 F150 lease vehicle on 06/01/20. The finance manager, Francisco, processed all the paperwork including my upcoming registration that expired on 07/31/20. After 2 months, I still have not received a 2021 registration sticker, so I decided to contact the DMV if it was already processed. According to the DMV representative, Ken Grody Ford still has not paid the full amount to complete the process & is missing documents to complete the transfer. I am not sure when I will receive the 2021 sticker. I contacted Ken Grody Ford and spoke with Sandy Avalos, who is in charge of the DMV file, but her excuse was that she was out of the office for several weeks and not sure of the situation. Ken Grody Ford had over 2 months to process my paperwork and as of today, 08/04/20, they still have not completed & I did not receive a response from Francisco. Bad service! Bad excuses! And bad management! More
