Professional and courteous, Frank was able to locate and secure the car we were looking for with no problems. After a very bad experience, we called Levittown Ford to talk to someone else to attempt straigh secure the car we were looking for with no problems. After a very bad experience, we called Levittown Ford to talk to someone else to attempt straighten out a mess caused by another dealer. Upon explaining the problems we were having, Frank got to work straight away to make things right and get us into the car we wanted. He was very helpful and efficient, and everything went smoothly. Came in to get a price on a Fusion for my elderly parents. I had already had a very competitive price from another dealership. Frank sat with me and was able to work out a deal that gave me more ca parents. I had already had a very competitive price from another dealership. It was honestly one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I have ever had. We were able to handle all of the transaction in under 2 hours and then 2 hours later we came back and drove the car off the lot. The entire staff at Levittown Ford was knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a Ford or Lincoln to deal with Frank and the staff at Levittown Ford. More
