I recently bought s Ford for the first time. I regret it because of this service station. I have been here 4 times and every single time it has been a disaster.
I needed to have the black side view mirror replaced. They actually installed a mirror with white paint streaks going down it and a clear white line going around it where they had taped it to paint it black. When I pointed it out the response was that it came out of the box like that. So after having my car for 5 hours they had to orders a new mirror and I had to waste another day dealing with this issue.
They tell you they'll give you a loaner but they don't tell you that you'll have to wait 20 minutes for enterprise rent a car to come get you and then you'll have to drive 10 minutes up the road to get the loaner and another 15 to go through paperwork at enterprise.
Cindy at the service desk had to be the rudest front line customer service representative I have ever encountered. Combative.
From the quality of the workmanship to the overall experience I would say the service is subpar and aggravating.
