⭐☆☆☆☆ This was, by far, the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I purchased a 2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG SL55 from Aventura Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram expecting honesty, professionalism, an experience I have ever had. I purchased a 2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG SL55 from Aventura Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram expecting honesty, professionalism, and quality customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. Before I took delivery of the vehicle, the dealership replaced the original Mercedes-Benz battery with a non-OEM battery, despite the fact that this vehicle requires a genuine OEM battery to function properly. From the moment I drove the car off the lot, a battery warning appeared on the dashboard. I immediately took the vehicle to an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership in Pembroke Pines, where their technicians confirmed that the battery installed by Aventura Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was incorrect, that one of the battery terminals had been damaged due to improper installation, and that the battery had to be replaced with a genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM battery in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Despite selling me the vehicle in this condition, Aventura Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram refused to take any responsibility or provide any meaningful assistance. The most disappointing part of this experience was the complete lack of customer care from the General Manager, Oren Cohen. He never spoke with me directly or attempted to resolve the issue. Instead, he repeatedly used the salesperson as an intermediary rather than addressing the problem himself. Rather than standing behind a vehicle his dealership had sold, he showed no interest in making things right or supporting a customer after the sale. My salesperson, Guillermo Martinez, was attentive and responsive while I was purchasing the vehicle. However, once the sale was completed, the communication and customer service completely disappeared. It became obvious that the relationship ended the moment the paperwork was signed. When you purchase a high-end luxury vehicle, you expect integrity, accountability, and professional after-sales support. Instead, I was left to resolve a serious issue that should never have existed on a vehicle sold by this dealership. I cannot recommend Aventura Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone. If you value honesty, customer service, and a dealership that stands behind the vehicles it sells, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. More
