Without a doubt, the worst new car sales experience ever. I believe they lied to my wife to get a sale, saying they would pick up our car for service despite us living at least an hour away. My wife WILL NOT I believe they lied to my wife to get a sale, saying they would pick up our car for service despite us living at least an hour away. My wife WILL NOT GO to MBCH for service (Yes, I KNOW that's the answer) and, no surprise, MBAC service will not pick up our car so we just make a day of it to get routine service. I know we shouldn't have believed these guys but when both the salesman AND manager tell the same story, it adds credibility. Impossible to say we KNOW the sales guys lied but they create a problem, throw it over the fence to service and then walk away with their sales quota met, While I kick myself for falling for this nonsense, it's a one-time deal. We won't buy from another Piazza dealership and it's back to an LS we go. These people are just awful. More

Had a flat tire on my brand-new AMG just 5 days after I got the car. Good thing I purchased the wheel and tire package. Leo was great to work with. He had me bring the car in. Thought he had one replac got the car. Good thing I purchased the wheel and tire package. Leo was great to work with. He had me bring the car in. Thought he had one replacement, but it turned out to be a different tread design. He tried to get a tire the next day, but it was not available locally. Had to go to Ohio for the tire size. Took three days to get the tire delivered. Leo kept me updated daily on the status of the tire. This was my only experience with the service department, but was very happy with their follow up and keeping me informed. More
