So glad we gave Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram another try Years ago we had a sketchy service experience at this dealership, which was under other owners at the time. My husband explained our previous issue to Steve Ross in sales, who listened to his concerns and acknowledged why we were hesitant to return. Steve was so honest and forthright as he shared his understanding of the history and explained the new ownership's focus on customer service. He was responsive and exchanged multiple emails, phone calls, and visits with my husband. Steve's sincerity is what sold us on trying them again for service on my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. Steve connected us with Lee Hyde in the service department, who agreed to work me in on a busy Saturday and to honor a service coupon from a nearby Chrysler dealership. Gary Holder was an efficient service advisor who heard my needs and offered reasonable service options in response. The car was finished in the quoted window of time. My only suggestion for improvement would have been Gary pointing us in the right direction to find my car when we picked it up. Fortunately, Steve was around and kindly walked the lot with us to find it. That same afternoon we were warmly greeted by GM Ron Lovelace, who echoed Steve's appreciation for us trying out their dealership one more time. My husband and I both feel confident that this dealership has undergone a change for the better and now has people on board who are committed to putting the customer first. Steve Ross's integrity is what has sealed the deal for us. More

Unhappy Our truck was taken in for an oil change and has never been right since. We have had it into the dealership service center four times in two weeks for the same thing. They cannot fix it and admitted they do not know what's wrong with it. Our truck is less than two years old. I feel like our truck will never be the same whatever they did to it. The staff did not seem to care about how much trouble it is to try and bring your vehicle up there every other day because they are not competent enough to fix my truck. I picked it up one one of the occasions and all my gas had been run out. Never buy anything there again. Service is horrible More
