Ken Kerstom, Brian Chock, Jesse Baseball and Bruce Ehrlicher and Gary Silva (Used Car Managers) were very helpful and great to deal with! I would recommend my friends and family consider buying a car from Manly Honda! The only negative was dealing with Dave Sambad, he filled out the contract while my wife and I were in his office. Typical Horrible Car Purchase We went to purchase a newly used Honda Pilot and were dreading going to any car dealership. The salesman was new and untrained in how to close a deal. We went to purchase a newly used Honda Pilot and were dreading going to any car dealership. The salesman was new and untrained in how to close a deal. We were told a repair would be on the "Due Bill" and it was not. We were in a rush to sign the papers as my husband would be late going to work for his night shift. We were told that since the repair was not on the "Due Bill" we would have to pay. Then the sales manager said it was a "he said she said" because there was no proof. Fortunately, I had text messages from the inadequate saleman indicating they were indeed repairing it. If it wasn't for those text messages we would nothing to stand on. It took over a week to get get the vehicle as promised. When I finally picked up the vehicle, no one came out to follow up and some other different salesman, who I had never met, showed me to my car. Absolutely horrible experience and have already told all our friends and family to beware of this dealership. More

The Best Car Dealer in Santa Rosa! We purchased our first new Honda Accord from Manly in 1985. After that came a used Honda Accord, a new Mitsubishi Endeavor, and lastly a new Honda Pil We purchased our first new Honda Accord from Manly in 1985. After that came a used Honda Accord, a new Mitsubishi Endeavor, and lastly a new Honda Pilot. The sales and finance people were all excellent. They do all of our service work, and we buy all our parts from them. I have had many dealings with all of the car dealers in Santa Rosa, and Manly ranks at the top on every level. Highly recommended!!! More

Ali Shimi- Excellent for 2 car purchases in 5 months! I have worked with Ali Shimi to purchase two Honda's in the past 5 months and he has been excellent both times. I purchased a new 2014 Honda CRV first I have worked with Ali Shimi to purchase two Honda's in the past 5 months and he has been excellent both times. I purchased a new 2014 Honda CRV first and found Ali to be helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible and at the end of the sale, went the extra mile to get the Bluetooth connected with my cell phone. I had such a positive experience the first time around, that 5 months later, I returned to Ali Shimi to purchase a used 2012 Honda Civic for my oldest son. In this second sale, Ali really helped negotiate a price for the Honda Civic that was beyond fair. Ali and Gary Silva (the Used Car Manager) both value customer loyalty and went out of their way to to make sure Manly Honda stood by me as a repeat customer. After the sale was complete, I brought my son to the Manly dealership so that Ali could show him the features on the Honda Civic. Ali answered all of my son's questions as All is so knowledgeable about Honda's and made my son feel special about getting his first nice car. After both of these purchases with Ali, I can say that he values his customers and works to figure out exactly what they want, what they can afford and tries to put together the best deal possible to meet these requirements. My favorite part of working with Ali overall is how respectful he is as a person, and how respectfully he treated me and my family members throughout both purchases. When the time comes for my next son to need a car, I will definitely be back to Ali Shimi at Manly Honda to purchase another Honda. More
