The dealership lost my keys and extended the time of repairs because they wanted to know my estimate payout. Completely unprofessional and hardly answered my calls. Service manager Dee appears to be oka repairs because they wanted to know my estimate payout. Completely unprofessional and hardly answered my calls. Service manager Dee appears to be okay with staff not providing adequate service to customers. I will never go back to this location More

I have been a customer with their servicing department for years and have spent thousands of dollars annually with their recommended services despite being cheaper at non-dealership locations. The custome for years and have spent thousands of dollars annually with their recommended services despite being cheaper at non-dealership locations. The customer service has been getting worse lately and this lasting servicing job was remarkably egregious. The car was in for a week and on the third day I was provided a statement of work. I am not sure that any work done as a new tire was supposed to be installed was not. This led me to believe the brake work and alignment may have been missed or just not work on but charged. I was overcharge on the last oil change and was to be free this time around as well, but there was no new oil change sticker on the windshield as well. Hence, was any work done on my car? I have my car in the body shop at the moment and will bring it back to the dealership. I want the new tire that I paid for and evidence that work was done per the agreed SOW or I will file a BBB compliant and dispute the charges with my credit card company. No quality control whatsoever. I really hope that the failure to install a new tire was just a mistake and they can prove that was work was done. If not they will lose a customer and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone as I am starting to question all other work that was supposedly done on my vehicle over the years. More

I don’t know where to start with this dealership… I bought a used Tahoe in 2021 and did not have any issues, but I recently bought a 2023 Yukon and my husband and I have had NOTHING but problems! It st bought a used Tahoe in 2021 and did not have any issues, but I recently bought a 2023 Yukon and my husband and I have had NOTHING but problems! It started when they tried to cheat us on the trade-in; they took off $5,000 from when they initially quoted the trade-in at (which was only about 3 weeks from when we went to purchase the new car). We then had to wait 4 hours the first night, all for finance, and then another 3 hours the next day, for finance. We then sat there for 2 hours in the finance managers office signing documents. They were in the middle of moving owners and did not know ANYTHING about the system or how to upload the hand signed documents we were signing. During signing, we were told that most of our upgrades were going to be removed due (they didn’t add everything up, so when they did our loan it wasn’t enough for the extra items we originally ordered with the car). So we lost the floor mats, the decals, and the door trim protector. (I paid for the mats on GM's website and our sales rep got in contact with us a couple of days later and hooked us up on the door trim). So we take the truck home; and the following weekend, the finance manager calls us back and tells us we have to go back to the dealership to sign the papers all over again because he made a mistake on something, I can't remember now. He then was telling us we were going to lose one of the packages that came with the car; the inside/outside protection, from stains, rock chips, leather tear, etc. I lost it at that point and he took back what he said. We also were not able to get our money from the previous warranties we purchased with the Tahoe. We were going to use that towards the down payment, but the finance manager told us they were not able to get the information from it since they no longer have access to the documents prior to the owner change. So we’re having to wait to get a check in the mail. It’s now over a month since purchasing the new car, and I haven’t heard anything about the warranty check and now my paper tags have expired. I tried for DAYS getting in contact with the dealership in regards to both and no one has been able to tell my crap. I finally got an email back today from the warranty/claims department, they told me that the finance department never filled out a cancellation form for the warranties and now I have to fill it out. I also called the dealership just now about my plates, they STILL have no idea where the plates are and when I’ll get them. I told her that someone last week told me that they could just send me an email with a new tag. The receptionist said “no I can’t do that without the manager's authorization”. So she went to go “talk” to the manager; put me on hold for about 5 minutes, came back and told me that he was in a meeting and would reach out later. I kept telling her the plates were expired and I could possibly get a ticket; it just went in one ear and out the other. And of course neither the sales guy or the finance manager work there anymore and we live an hour away, so it’s not easy to keep making trips there. So to summarize this ridiculous story… STAY AWAY FROM BECK AND MASTEN. More

How to lose $2500 in 5 days. We bought a Hyundai Veloster from this location. Within having it 3 days we called them and said the car had some strange noise. We took it in abo We bought a Hyundai Veloster from this location. Within having it 3 days we called them and said the car had some strange noise. We took it in about 2 days later to have them do a diagnostic and they told us the Fly wheel was bad and it was under Hyundai warranty. We then took it to Hyundai to have it service, we had to wait almost a week to schedule and appointment and another 4-5 days for hyundai diagoise it. The transmission and flywheel was bad and needed replacement. The car was NOT under warranty and wanted $7400 to repair. After trying to call Beck and Masten for the whole day and not able to get in touch with any of the Manager. I decided to drive in and talk to them about the situation. They said they can do a swap. Which in my mind I was thinking I would get the amount I paid for the Veloster, $17,500 back and apply to the new car. Well this was not the case. they did a trade in and only gave us 14,500 for the car. I had to negotiate and they ended up giving us $15,000 for the car. They gave us no deal toward the new car and we paid pretty much full price. After waiting around their financial office for 2 hours to get service because they just upgraded their system due to being bought by a new company. It was just us in the building waiting for them to figure things out. To sum it up, we had a car for 5 days. lost $2500 because THEY SOLD US A BAD CAR. Instead of trying to make it right and giving us a decent deal on a new one. We had no choice but to pay full price on the new one because we can't really trade the bad car they sold us to a new dealership... Our saleman Aaron Jones was very good but there are limitation on what he can do without his manager approval. The manager not wanting to make things right really left us salty in this whole situation. This whole situation Bernardo Melendez (Preown- Sales manager) never even try to talk to us in person to try and make things right. I had to call his office about 20 times to even talk to him. Update: 5/23/2023 So instead of trying to make things right.. They try to buy us off with a cheap window tint or some free car mat.. Asking me to remove this review. How can you scam someone for thousands of dollar and expect to make things right with a 200$ mats.... More
