Had to wait 3 weeks for service, had 8 am appointment, car sat an hour before being service, bill doesn’t show what was done in 60,000 maintenance just stating 60,000 mile service performed, charged for f car sat an hour before being service, bill doesn’t show what was done in 60,000 maintenance just stating 60,000 mile service performed, charged for filling washer fluid when service was performed a week before. I informed Service Dept that I had an oil change and this service was included. Not a friendly atmosphere. More

I know that whether I visit the dealership or make a phone call to the Alexandria location, Tim will anticipate my automotive needs and always give me excellent advice.
