Had to wait 3 weeks for service, had 8 am appointment, car sat an hour before being service, bill doesn’t show what was done in 60,000 maintenance just stating 60,000 mile service performed, charged for f car sat an hour before being service, bill doesn’t show what was done in 60,000 maintenance just stating 60,000 mile service performed, charged for filling washer fluid when service was performed a week before. I informed Service Dept that I had an oil change and this service was included. Not a friendly atmosphere. More

Great selection, however, there were some issues with the processes of my purchase. The dealer was helping multiple customers which left me in limbo for some time. After it was established that I was going t processes of my purchase. The dealer was helping multiple customers which left me in limbo for some time. After it was established that I was going to purchase the vehicle, it wasn't until a few hours from working the finalities with finance that the car was actually prepped for me to drive off in. The car was never serviced prior to me driving off in and had to go into another dealership two days later to have it checked when the engine light came on.. Even there, they stated that those things that they corrected should have been completed before I left the dealership. When the other dealership lifted the hood, if was filled with leaves indicating that the car was minimally prepped at the original dealership. Updates to the vehicle's software was also lacking and completed via the other dealership during the turn in for service. All in all the car was in need of multiple maintenance issue which I feel should have been done prior to selling or being driven off of the lot. More

What a Great Team! I continue to be impressed with the team member of the Lindsay Volvo Team. I am so happy that the Volvo team was recently initiated.Each of the team m I continue to be impressed with the team member of the Lindsay Volvo Team. I am so happy that the Volvo team was recently initiated.Each of the team members are professionals who take pride in their work. One of the reasons I want to share my experiences with Tim Brown as an outstanding representative of Lindsay Volvo. I know that whether I visit the dealership or make a phone call to the Alexandria location, Tim will anticipate my automotive needs and always give me excellent advice. In my opinion, he should be promoted at the earliest opportunity, as well as, be assigned the important responsibility of training all of the new employees! More
