First and foremost, they do not stand by their work. Had an issue with a 2015 A3 TDI, Sunroof switch failed. Went to the dealer for resolution, armed with my Fidelity Platinum extended warranty. First and an issue with a 2015 A3 TDI, Sunroof switch failed. Went to the dealer for resolution, armed with my Fidelity Platinum extended warranty. First and foremost the service advisor who is not my regular advisor bombarded me with various charges and fees some of them ludicrous to assess a failure. Regardless, and confident that my warranty would kick in and it did I left my vehicle in their care. They also at first declined to furnish me with a loaner. Very long story short, the warranty paid for the repair, and I was informed I needed a new battery. The battery was under warranty, but they would not honor it due to lack of records that this factory battery was not installed by an Audi store. Buyer beware, keep your service records. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, it was filthy dirty inside and out including spots on the sunroof cover and grease stains on the grey headliner. I had been dealing with Luana and the service manager, Luan. My regular service advisor Giancarlo was not available. They were not very helpful and in the case of the service advisor, Luana VERY RUDE. I also discovered the overhead console was not pushed in properly, prompting the car to be brought back into service for it to be rectified. The overhead console is still not sitting flush as it did before. When I asked them to repair it I was informed that it was in tolerance levels and I should contact Audi corporate. My first question was do you not warranty the work you perform? The answer was yes the part we replaced. With this logic and method of doing business anything they break or screw up in the process, such as the overhead console and the Sunroof cover which they damaged is not covered. This is beyond ludicrous, and I would highly suggest anyone going for warranty work here take photos before and after if not avoiding them at all. The service manager even advised I speak to Audi corporate to get a goodwill gesture to fix something they broke. Unreal. There is more to this story including some other shady moves and suggestions but I do have the time and energy to provide the 5 page write up I sent to Audi corporate. I only gave two stars because Giancarlo is an excellent service advisor who is prompt, returns phone calls and knows how to deal with his client base. It's been 2+ months and still not resolved. More

Anthony started assisting me with getting my 2017 Q5 lease turned in early with me worrying about having to buy tires and pay the remaining balance in my lease which ends in May of 2020. While at your dealership pricing tires, he came by my service advisor’s desk and told me had good news about my current lease. “ I qualified for a pull ahead program. So after running the numbers he was able to get me out of the Q5 and into an S5. loved the car, and ended up signing the lease. No money exchanges. This is my 4th Audi, 3 from your dealership and one from a dealer in Va Beach, Va. On a scale of 1-10 10 being good your overall satisfaction with me has always been a 12.Anthony’s exceptional customer service along woth my service advisor Gion Carlos, has exceeded my expectations on every occasion. It’s always a pleasure to work with these gentlemen. I brag to my folks and friends how satisfying it is to work with your guys. Thanks again, love the new S5 Respectfully More

Excellent, professional, courteous customer service experie! My lease on my 2017 Audi A4 was coming to an end in October. We had visited the dealership a few months back to start checking out our options. We lov My lease on my 2017 Audi A4 was coming to an end in October. We had visited the dealership a few months back to start checking out our options. We loved our A4, so we were torn between buying it at the end of the lease or getting a new car. We began our research of 2019 vehicles on Consumer Reports and Car and Driver. Audi was always rated highly. I decided that if we leased a new car, I wanted to switch to an SUV. We read reviews, went to the Miami car show, and visited some of the other nearby luxury dealerships. We found that Audi treated us the best and the product is superior to its competitors. This Friday, we met with Mike Rakowski to test drive the Q5. Mike was so patient and courteous with answering our many questions and finding vehicles on site that met the criteria we were looking for and letting us test drive different ones. We came back the next day and again Mike was there to help in any way he could. He worked with us tirelessly helping us finding the perfect Q5. We absolutely love everything about our new car and the experience with the purchase was superb!! More
