Richard is hands down the BEST sales consultant we could have asked for. Within an hour of being there, we were walking out with a car and that speaks volumes about how smooth and efficient he made the entire process. Richard has a way of connecting with his customers that not many people get to experience. He was transparent every step of the way, broke everything down clearly, and made sure we fully understood what was happening. He truly advocated for us and worked hard to get us a great deal and with my insurance too. Giovanni was also a huge help throughout the process and made everything even easier. The teamwork on the sales floor is definitely something special here. While the service center was a bit slow, the professionalism, energy, and dedication of the employees—especially Richard—more than made up for it. This dealership is seriously underrated.
