Overall Great Experience My wife and I stopped in to look at the new Ascent. We worked with Joe Rodman and Grace Cahoj in sales as well as Jeff Adsit in finance. Grace and Joe My wife and I stopped in to look at the new Ascent. We worked with Joe Rodman and Grace Cahoj in sales as well as Jeff Adsit in finance. Grace and Joe were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and were able to answer all our questions. My wife came back the next day for another test drive and Joe spent nearly an hour with her showing her all the features and making sure she is comfortable driving the car. Joe was able to get us the Ascent model we wanted and worked really well to keep us under budget. Jeff was great in finance, he made the process move along smoothly and also hooked us up with great deals on the extended warranty and service plan. Even after the deal was done and the papers were signed, Grace took the time to show me all the features once again and made sure I knew the vehicle. If you want a great deal with excellent service, I would highly recommend Groove Subaru. More
