Since the purchase of my 2018 F150 in May I have had my truck in my possession 3 weeks. The rest of the time it has been at Shottenkirk awaiting repairs. First it was 2 fuel system sensors. The sales manag truck in my possession 3 weeks. The rest of the time it has been at Shottenkirk awaiting repairs. First it was 2 fuel system sensors. The sales manager, my sales person, and myself worked out a deal to have those repaired after purchase. While in the bay for repairs the tech spilled fuel in my exhausted system. That lead to me waiting nearly a month for a new exhaust system to be delivered so their service team could fix what they ruined. Now that they have my truck again to repair the exhaust system they don't have the parts. Mind you I was told it would be a 24 turn around on the repairs. To add to my infuriating experience their service team had no intentions of calling me about the delay. I message my sales person at 330pm asking when I could expect my truck. She was pissed that it wasn't back to me. She made the service team call me with an update. PS they left me with a van to drive while they procrastinate on my repairs. The whole thing has been a xxxx show from jump. When I received the truck back after the sensors were replaced the truck had a nice new scratch on the driver side riser and real with Dow. Let's hope I don't have a matching One on the passenger side when I get it back...... Whenever that will be. More

We bought a truck with no jack ,they wouldn’t give us one the girl who sold it to us never had a clue on anything you ask her she always had to call back then never did call us back the 3 month warranty on d the girl who sold it to us never had a clue on anything you ask her she always had to call back then never did call us back the 3 month warranty on dents they couldn’t fix ,that was a joke. The only person that could talk to us and acted like he had a clue was a Nathan . We was not impressed we work night shift we would wait till they opened and always they was all was in meetings. We went Monday and waited they looked at the dent the guy looked at the dent said they would get it fix we get home they call us to tell us they couldn’t fix it . Then I ask her about the jack she said she would ask a manager and still never heard from her so we bought the part to take the tire down. If we had a flat we would have been screwed . When you buy a vehicle who would have thought there was no jack or tool to take the tire down . The license plate light didn’t work or air when we bought it they did fix that. I never had this much problems getting things done from a dealer we have had the truck for like 2 months and we had the truck less then 2 weeks and management said they wasn’t fixing the light for the license I told them it’s against the law to not have lights there that should be fixed then they fixed it and that’s cause of Nathan he got that and the air fixed we was not happy about the treatment we got at all . And the wind she is was scrapped bad an that’s what management said no too it would be our problem Nathan said that shouldn’t been taken off the lot that should have been fixed. The girl had to ask she couldn’t answer that they said it wasn’t go be through before we bought it . By rights it shouldn’t of been advertised until they went through it. We wasn’t happy with the the way they do things More

failed to do mulity point inspection because I had to add 1 1/2 qt of atf dextron to my xmission... also last year when I had a oil change they did rir rot.. and found i had a hub cap missingf about 1 week l 1 1/2 qt of atf dextron to my xmission... also last year when I had a oil change they did rir rot.. and found i had a hub cap missingf about 1 week later...also why do customers have to pay for billing paper s when we bring YOU our businness???
