Doyle took the time to explain all the features of our new vehicle and make certain we had everything we needed. Ford financing was extremely easy and took a minimal amount of time. We have been customers of Bill Utter for 10 years and we are very pleased with all departments, The Service department is great as well. More

Professional people to work with!!! Gregg checked me in as there was a long line but i had an appointment and was moved to the front of the line. Pam kept me up to date as where we were in the process and timeline of my vehicle. Checkout went quick and easy as she showed her customer service skills. Also as i was waiting for my vehicle she let me know a storm was approaching in the direction i was headed. More
