My vehicle buying experience was absolutely great with Mark Christopher dealership. I've had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships but it was a pleasure buying with Mark Christopher. They had tons of variety and inventory to choose from and the sales rep, Greg Hess, was patient, honest, and knowledgeable of his profession. I think my wife and I must have driven 20 SUVs before we decided to make an offer on a 2011 Yukon XL. We traded in our older SUV and the whole process was quick, easy, and fair. Greg at Mark Christopher was one of the best car salesmen that I have ever dealt with. He was very curteous and kept us well informed of the entire sales process. He made it clear that was up to our decision on what we would like to add or not to add. Greg took us out to our Traverse and showed us all of the features and how to use them. I sent my original request through e-mail in the morning. At lunch time I decided to visit the lot to just see what colors were available and when I mentioned the internet the salesman sent Greg out to meet At lunch time I decided to visit the lot to just see what colors were available and when I mentioned the internet the salesman sent Greg out to meet me. Greg Hes was really great. Very nice young man. He did everything that he said he would for us. And still continues to help us even after the final sale.
