Service I was at the dealership at 6:50 AM and the first in line. The person that logged me in must have made a mistake since I had to wait 20 minutes in the I was at the dealership at 6:50 AM and the first in line. The person that logged me in must have made a mistake since I had to wait 20 minutes in the waiting room while there were 3 service reps sitting around doing nothing. I even received an email from your dealership asking why I did NOT show up for my appointment? Whoever logged in me must have been inexperienced and in need of additional training. If it wasn't for Greg Jones, I probably would not go back for service at the dealership. Greg Jones was very professional, courtesy and extremely helpful. More

Rear window shade issue On the day i took delivery of (CPO - 2015 560i ) the issue was present when the BMW genius was going over the features of the car, dropped off car on On the day i took delivery of (CPO - 2015 560i ) the issue was present when the BMW genius was going over the features of the car, dropped off car on Monday and picked car up on Wednesday, service advisor said the issue was that shade had to be initialized and i trusted the issue was resolved ,as i drove away i tried to raise and lower shade and realized that the issue was not repaired - shade does not go all the way down into holder, returned to dealership service advisor took the car and came back a few minutes later and said that it was lubed and told me not raise and lower the shade too much ? to this day I'm still having the same issue ... More

COMPLETE SCAM I’m not sure how this place gets any good reviews. My husband and I bought a certified BMW from here a year ago and it was a COMPLETE SCAM!!! It’s I’m not sure how this place gets any good reviews. My husband and I bought a certified BMW from here a year ago and it was a COMPLETE SCAM!!! It’s been in the shop nonstop starting on day two of our ownership and has been in and out of the incompetent service department over the last year. We have pretty much every warrantee available but they conveniently can’t seem to fix the issue. No one there, including the management, cares that we are paying for a car that we CANNOT drive because of some kind of chemical leak in the car. It’s an awful smell and gives anyone in it a headache and makes you light headed. They don’t give a crap about their customers since of course they already have our money! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever experienced. Buying this car was the worst decision we’ve ever made. CERTIFIED BMW MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Could’ve just gone to a crappy car lot. Same difference. More

Would have expected of BMW I just had a very disappointing customer service experience with BMW North America that will result in me not purchasing the BMW brand going forward. I just had a very disappointing customer service experience with BMW North America that will result in me not purchasing the BMW brand going forward. And my service experiences with BMW of Sarasota have led me to rate them as "Average" at best. In just the few service visits I've made to the dealership under warranty, I encountered issues with service advisors' unsatisfactory handling of my visits, not keeping me updated on the work being done on my car and lack of notification when the car and parts were ready for pickup. Service Manager Greg Jones seems to be customer focused but my overall experience with their Service Department is below my expectations for a BMW dealership and not much better than I've had from other dealerships. More
