Awesome experience with Raffy and Greg. They were great to work with and would highlight recommend each of them. The only downside we experienced during the buying process was outside of these folks control. It is surrounding is the difficulty and lack of clarity for our qualifying for the Hyundai Loyalty incentives after having turned in a Hyundai lease, owning another Hyundai and now purchasing a new Hyundai. Recognizing these facts, it seems very clear that we’re loyal to the Hyundai brand, but still we didn’t qualify for exactly what we are proving to be: Hyundai loyal. This led to an inability for us to qualify for a $1500 incentive that we should have received. Instead, we negotiated and received weather tech floor mats, which are awesome, but we’re still missing out on over $1k in savings that we should have realized with our purchase of a $50k+ purchase of a 2024 Palisade. You need to reward your loyal customers to retain them!! More

Poor customer service in sales - dealership did not handle auto loan well at all. We tried to use our Bank of America-issued loan, but manager David Flowers refused to use our loan paperwork and tried handle auto loan well at all. We tried to use our Bank of America-issued loan, but manager David Flowers refused to use our loan paperwork and tried to re-do the loan using his own representative. This slowed down our buying process and we ended up waiting in the dealership for over 4 hours in one day. Also, although we stated while buying the car that we needed it by a certain date, the dealership did not make an effort to expedite our purchase and did not contact us with an ETA of when the car would be ready (we had to call them instead).
