Not very hospitable. Staff was not personable. Openly expressed that their techs don't like doing tire rotations and it showed. I had to pay for the rotation and my wheel Staff was not personable. Openly expressed that their techs don't like doing tire rotations and it showed. I had to pay for the rotation and my wheels were caked in grease and had chips in them. It took my several washes and cleaners to get them looking decent. With my extended maintenence and rim warranty I purchased I will be filing a claim to get my rims fixed. They do not offer free loaners or a wash after service unlike my previous dealership which is disappointing. I personally will not be using their services again or be recommending the dealership. More

Bought a car that was previously owned by a dealership employee and has been sold by the dealership multiple times throughout it's life. The front lower control arm nut fell off completely in my driveway employee and has been sold by the dealership multiple times throughout it's life. The front lower control arm nut fell off completely in my driveway in less then 500 miles since purchase. The battery had been replaced while in possession of the dealership, and they have evidence of ordering, and receiving a battery for it but no record of installing it. The battery failed within 1 month of purchase which according to manufacturer occurred due to their failure to follow procedure during installation and they have been a nightmare to contact about service records or anything they're willing to do to help me since my $19,000 purchase has already broken down 2 times in less then 1 month since purchase, and both things were repairs that happened during their possession of the vehicle. Very shady experience. I have been in the automotive repair industry for 10+ years and would never avoid standing behind the things I sell like this. More

Charged me for a diagnosis of water bottles making a sloshing sound (sound is in the front driver's side dash. Mechanic indicated they heard the sound on the paperwork), even though there was none prese sloshing sound (sound is in the front driver's side dash. Informed me that my coolant level was barely below the line when it was infact nearly empty,(have pictures to prove it). They said the coolant has no leaks and its normal for the coolant to just evaporate after 2 months. Charged me for that service diagnosis. Had my car almost a week and returned it in the same condition they received it in. They informed me at 430 my car was ready and needed to be picked up by 545. It was 100 degrees and I told them I didn't have a ride there so I would have to walk there and it would take an hour. Once I got to the dealership they informed me they offer Uber rides but forgot to tell me about it. More
