In every case Guy shopped the market until he found us one owner cars with verifiable maintenance and service history, brought them into Carsmart, detailed them to immaculate condition and delivered them to our front door and then picked up our trade-in car and took it away. Oh did I say that we live in Texas?! This is incredible service, certainly unmatched in my experience! Guy and his staff are totally professional in every contact! Guy sets the example of the consummate professional who loves what he does and is constantly striving for perfection in the delivery of the ultimate customer service satisfaction for all the customers of Carsmart . I will never buy a car from anyone other than Guy and I recommend him to all my friends. Carsmart is the best run car dealership I have every seen! More

Guy and his team are Top Notch! Over the past 8 years, my wife and I have purchased several different vehicles from CarSmart. Every time Guy and his team goes out of their way to help us locate the perfect v wife and I have purchased several different vehicles from CarSmart. Every time Guy and his team goes out of their way to help us locate the perfect vehicle we are looking for, if they didn’t have it, they found it! We also have had to have a couple of wear & tear repairs made and his service team has always done a great job. Our most recent purchase of a “JCW Mini “ was because we had lost our Lexus SC430 to the August 2013 Flood in Mt. Juliet and needed to replace it. We had just happen to take a friend up to CarSmart to look for a vehicle for them and we both purchased that day. We always recommend friends and family to CarSmart. If you need to finance your purchase, they have the ability to get this done in a timely fashion with great rates. We have also purchased a few extended warranties and had to use them twice. On both occasions it was a breeze to deal with the warranty company and Guys service department made the repairs and we were on our way. More

I love my truck that I purchased from CarSmart. I saw it on the website, gave them a call, and went down to their store. It was exactly as listed, and the price was better than others I had looked at that on the website, gave them a call, and went down to their store. All in all CarSmart offers great cars, priced right, and offer great customer service throughout the entire buying process and even after the sale. I have never had such a great experience. I spoke to Mr. Alfieri and explained what I was looking for in a used vehicle. I was looking for a particular year, outside color and interior color S550. He looked everywhere until he found exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. He actually had it brought in from up North. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was clean, new tires and looked just like new. I walked inside handed them the keys to my old car and signed paperwork that took no more than five minutes. What an experience - a great one. The staff was all wonderful with big smiles on their faces and really seemed happy for me. Interesting thing is that I even received an email last week telling me that it was time for my three month maintenance check up. I mean in this day and time when do you actually get a personal note about those kinds of things. I will always use Mr. Alfieri and CarSMart for any of car buying. It felt like I was dealing with family and not just another number like most places. I highly recommend CarSmart and their wonderful staff. Thank you! More

I stumbled upon CarSmart while searching for a new car in Nashville online. I immediately noticed the competitive pricing and cleanliness of the vehicles offered. I called and spoke with Andrew - who was super nice - and told him that I was interested in the Toyota Sequoia. We set up a time to meet the next day and he agreed to hold the car for me until then, even though I knew others would be looking at the car. This way, I did not have to rush out to the dealer on Friday afternoon. When I showed up on Saturday, I met with Terry, who was great and knowledgeable about cars. (None of the people are pushy at CarSmart). We drove around a ton and did a full inspection of the car. When we noticed that the remote key was not working, they sent a locksmith immediately to the place and fixed the key! I felt super confident with all of the people at CarSmart, including the owner Guy. Also, they gave me a great price on my trade in car and let me put a down payment on my credit card so I could get the points. What more can you ask for? Worth the drive out of Nashville if you want great service and a quality used car. More

After finally making a selection, they made the buying experience quick and painless (other than writing a big check). There were a couple of small items that needed to be fixed after the sale and they have lived up to their agreement to fix them. I would rather buy a house than a car, but CarSmart.net made me feel like I got a good deal for the car. I am definitely going back for my next purchase. Kudos to Guy, Eric, and Andrew. More
