I found a vehicle, they had it cleaned up checked out and ready to go, Got my self pre This is probably the best dealership experience I've ever had. I found a vehicle, they had it cleaned up checked out and ready to go, Got my self pre approved with 2 banks before I even walked in and got a lower interest rate with a bank car smart uses. that saved me about 2K. Paperwork was a breeze, plus, I was able to get a unlimited mileage warranty on a truck i bought with high mileage on it.It wasn't cheap but it was cheap insurance in the long run They didn't try to beat me down with paint sealer, bed liner, and all the other crap the other dealers try to shove down your throat. I received 2 working keys, owners manual etc..I left this business feeling great. In the past, it was a pure nightmare buying a car. This experience was 5 star. The place is clean, and easy to find, easy parking. They have their own repair shop which is right in line with what youd find at mercedes benz, bmw, or bentley. Its spotless. The sales people don't gang up on you and try to beat you into buying junk you don't need. The bank I financed with is nationally known, not some off the wall thug money washing operation. Gave me a better rate than USAA. Was told when my new truck would be ready, I showed up, it was sitting ready to go.They even took it through davidson co marta for me..I was greeted by Donnie Hulan, got my keys and left. Now, the reason for my long review is, I work in the legal support industry. I've seen a lot. Honest people getting ripped off, People getting sold things they dont need for extortion level pricing, Getting lied to, made fun of, and basically victimized. This is why buying on the internet became popular. No dealers, or dealer bs. Car smart in Hendersonville re instilled my faith in the fact that there are good places to go to to buy a car or truck etc,When someone does something bad, it comes out sooner or later and you'll tell 10 friends,. When someone does something good, Ill tell all of my friends. In this case, I decided to tell anyone that reads this that this is an awesome place to buy a car suv or truck at. He went above and beyond to help diagnose the issues with my old car, get me something beautiful to drive in the meantime, and find my DREAM car within a week! More than expected Not only did they have great prices, but they spent time ensuring the car was completely serviced before putting it on the lot. I believe others would do minimum and still have higher prices. They let there prices and friendly service make the sale. After the sale they spent a little extra time to make a 2015 model look like it came off the showroom; much more than I expected. They have made the investment in a full service maintenance shop to take care of your future car needs. I truly believe that they want to make CarSmart the first place you think about when looking for a car. More

There were a couple of challenges through the process and the Carsmart guys solved th Our car purchase experience with Carsmart exceeded expectations. There were a couple of challenges through the process and the Carsmart guys solved them with as little inconvenience on our end as possible. Rarely do things run perfect and when a couple of issues with the Cadillac we purchased came up Adam and his team kept in constant communication with us on the plan and followed through on the commitments they made. When we arrived at the dealer we found the owner, Guy, helping out washing and cleaning cars. He spent time with us and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right car. I loved hearing about the dealership and learning the owners philosophy and approach to business. We were impressed to hear he had a missions trip coming up and was giving back to the less fortunate. Adam (the salesman) was terrific from the beginning. He had 100% follow up with us before and after the purchase. When a couple issues with the car came up Adam promised they would make it right and I believed him. We went ahead and bought the car trusting they would make it right, that can be risky. Once the check goes through and the car leaves the lot dealerships can have little incentive to continue to work with the purchaser. Adam and the Carsmart team stayed in contact with us and when the parts came in to fix the issues they got our car right in and completed the fixes. They gave us a great loaner and EVEN delivered our repaired car to us 2 hours outside of Nashville. It was re-detailed and in amazing condition. The guy who delivered it was a great company representative and I believe he drove my car the way he would drive his own. I can't say enough about the team at Carsmart. Even the "haggle" and final sales process with Rich (the closer) was enjoyable. We felt they were fair and honest with us during the negotiations and we got a great car at fair price for both us and them. Many thanks to Adam, Guy, Rich and the rest of the team at Carsmart.
