It's been almost a week since I have leased a new 2013 honda accord coupe for my daughter as a graduation present and she couldn't be happier. I originally planned on only browsing the vehicles and checking my options, but because of the fantastic service and quality of the car, I could not resist. Hamad Deeb was very friendly and made us a great offer that we literally could not refuse. Being a first time Honda owner, I can safely say this will not be my last. Unlike other dealerships, the employees didn't see just dollar signs when they looked at you. I have never had such an unpleasant experience at a dealer. I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L so yes fully loaded and afte taking delivery at 5:30pm, the features in the car were not working by 9:0 dealer. I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L so yes fully loaded and afte taking delivery at 5:30pm, the features in the car were not working by 9:00pm when I was headed to Delaware from NJ. I called the dealer and emailed them on Monday and didnt get a response till Tues, then Wednesday spent 3 hours at service and they tell me they have no clue what the problem is (again this is a new vehicle not a used vehicle) If i do not call them they do not call me to tell me anythin. It is now Friday of the same week, so yes, not even a week and i have no car, no one is helpful because they all say call, sales, call service, call the manager, I cant guarantee you that, and it goes on. Now since ive told them that ive called my lawyer they say that they may have my car by Monday but cannot guarantee it and this is with express service. HORRIBLE DEALER-Horrible sales rep HAMAD DEEB- Horrible Finance Manager JOSE TORRES- horrible all together, no call backs i have not had my car a wk and have only driven it for 3 days. More

On saturday 8/11/12 i saw a honda commercial for the biggest sale of the year... We already had plans to go to garden state mall, so we stopped by dch paramus honda 1st just to check it out. We got to the dealership at about 6pm and met with the sales rep hamad deeb, i test drove the odyssey, made a great deal and was out of there by 7:30pm.... Hamad deeb is probably the easiest car salesman to work with.. He made us feel very comfortable and was not too pushy or aggressive, he gave off a good relaxed vibe... And he was very straight to the point with everything, which was great.. So i made a great deal with him and since they didnt have the color i wanted he said not to worry he will find it for me.. So on monday afternoon he calls me up saying he found the color and model(2012 black odyssey ex) i wanted and that he will personally pick it from the south jersey honda himself in the morning.. So the following morning he picks up the odyssey and also picks me up to finalize the deal... Now that is what i call perfect customer service.. He gave me the royal treatment in customer service... My whole expierience went perfectly thanks to Hamad Deeb... I highly highly recommend dch paramus honda if your considering a honda... And i definitly recommend Hamad Deeb as your sales rep.. My wife and I have mostly owned Toyotas in the past but this time we were int Hamad and the DCH Team, This was our first experience with DCH Honda. We started at a different Honda dealer and found that their pricing was not very competitive and they were not very flexible. Then we came to DCH Honda. Our sales consultant was Hamad Deeb, who was very professional, friendly and worked very hard to make our experience the best it could be. Hamad was knowledgeable about the vehicle and his consumer service is second to none. After purchasing a Pilot, we found there was a minor problem with the vehicle. The DCH service team immediately started to fix the problem while Hamad kept us comfortable and informed of the situation. The problem was resolved and we are completely satisfied with our experience. We recommend DCH Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda and Hamad Deeb in the man that you want to see!
