No communication, month later after sale- no title. Can’t drive new car 4th of July weekend. Contacted Sergio, Gavin Russo, Hank Ung. You have to call and call again and again to get anyone. They will Can’t drive new car 4th of July weekend. Contacted Sergio, Gavin Russo, Hank Ung. You have to call and call again and again to get anyone. They will never proactively follow up or call you. Paid over 50k for this vehicle. And a month later it’s not registered. Every week more excuses. Outright liars, never checked the title, have no details on the vehicle and no help. Now we are arguing over getting me a lease vehicle I can drive this weekend instead. Don’t believe anything they say to you unless it is in front of you and In Writing. Take your money and business and questions to a more reputable dealership. Avoid this place. More

Our salesman Julio Bencid was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about the Toyota cars and options. He wasn’t pushy and gave us a genuine feeling that he would do everything he could to get us the best price and trade in price for our trade in. Julio worked with Mr Moraites and we came up with a deal that was fair to us and the dealership. They got us a couple of rebates and discounts that made the deal even sweeter. Picking up the car was just as impressive. Scott Hoffman was phenomenal in guiding us through our new car service appointment website, and the guys who work with him were fantastic. Mr Ung was very nice and made the paperwork side of the deal a breeze. Woburn Toyota is a top notch outfit and we look forward to having them take care of our cars maintenance. More

I was treated very poorly, ended up walking out and delaying my purchase for months.
