Did not feel threatened at all like you get at some other dealerships and generally felt a sense of genuine honesty in the people that I worked with. Was pleasurable, friendly, and very accommodating. Abdou Works for His Customers I had a great experience buying a Highlander from Abdou. He gave me a good deal and worked extra hard to get my car ready for me. the lease process is terrible. The customer service is terrible, you can leave a message 2 week on daily basis but no one will back to you. You must ask everything, no one will up The customer service is terrible, you can leave a message 2 week on daily basis but no one will back to you. You must ask everything, no one will update you about case status. The sale person can promise you everything but actually you will get nothing. My suggestion doesn't leave the office until you will get all document, verify everything with Global Toyota Finance. If you will leave the office without close everything by phone it will take a month and you still will need to come to the office. More
