I left 2 messages over 2 days to schedule an appointment, nobody ever called back. I was told the oil change and tire rotation would take about 45 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half I asked about th nobody ever called back. I was told the oil change and tire rotation would take about 45 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half I asked about the status. The rep went to check and said the car was waiting in back to change a wiper blade. I won't even get into the condescending comment from another rep. Being busy is not an excuse for this type of service, I have been an ORR customer since I moved into the area 17 years ago. Your organization has changed and become more complacent. Now I have to rethink my continued use of your services. More

Aaron was a good sales person. He made sure I was comfortable with my test drive. Made sure my wife was happy with our vehicle. I recently had my transmission go out with 59,800 miles on my 2020 Tahoe .Harold Dean has always been very responsive in a timely manner. This time he was out sick for 2 weeks before I went to the dealers on my 2020 Tahoe .Harold Dean has always been very responsive in a timely manner. This time he was out sick for 2 weeks before I went to the dealership and met with the service manager , Jerrod Faber, and got the straight story about the backlog of Transmission Repairs being taken care of at ORR ,on behalf of General Motors. I did not understand the magitude of the problem and was not crazy about waiting 12 more days , but appreciated Orr's efforts . I was told that some customers were waiting 6 - 8 weeks for their transmission repairs and felt lucky I was out for almost 4 weeks and was covered by warranty . More
