Harold was born and raised right here in the Roanoke Valley. He grew up around the drag racing and auto parts industry, eventually finding a home in automotive service consulting. With over 41 years of experience, he has been a proud member of the Southern Team family since 2008. He has a sincere appreciation for the flexibility Southern Team allows him to have in order to take care of whatever service needs his customers may have, and he respects First Team's commitment to offering the best customer service in the area. Harold is married and he enjoys spending time with his wife, his children, working out, playing golf, being involved with his church, spending time with his 4 grandchildren and the overall serenity of living in the Roanoke Valley.

Last time I visited VW Volkswagen service. The lady over there has written wrong advices after completing the service. My car all tires are good but she has asked me to replace my rear tires The lady over there has written wrong advices after completing the service. My car all tires are good but she has asked me to replace my rear tires as they are not good. Finally I realized that she has not read the technicians report properly. It says I have to replace rear break pads. Then after few days I called them and asked how much will cost rear brake pads replacement. The one lady at the service center said she will call me back. After few minutes she called me back and said your car having engine problem needs to change head gasket. I said my car doesn’t have such issue I only need to know break pads replacement cost. You had a very good knowledgeable service adviser over there. He is Mr. Harold.woody. He was a nice person. You will loose customers if those two women will continue work there any more . More

My car was in the shop for a total of 10 weeks. I had to call for any updates on my car, for every three calls I made I received one call back. My car was supposed to be serviced (oil change and i I had to call for any updates on my car, for every three calls I made I received one call back. My car was supposed to be serviced (oil change and inspection) while in the shop and it wasn’t. I now have a service appt the end of this month. My car has been in the shop close to 7 times for various issues when it was bought brand new with 15 miles on it. I will never buy a VW or another car from Southern Team. This is my second car from Southern team and my experience now vs my first one is complete opposite. More
