Harold was born and raised right here in the Roanoke Valley. He grew up around the drag racing and auto parts industry, eventually finding a home in automotive service consulting. With over 41 years of experience, he has been a proud member of the Southern Team family since 2008. He has a sincere appreciation for the flexibility Southern Team allows him to have in order to take care of whatever service needs his customers may have, and he respects First Team's commitment to offering the best customer service in the area. Harold is married and he enjoys spending time with his wife, his children, working out, playing golf, being involved with his church, spending time with his 4 grandchildren and the overall serenity of living in the Roanoke Valley.

Every time I bring my car in it leaves with a new issue. Same thing this time. I’ve brought this up to the service manager but nothing seems to happen except the old “dang that stinks”. So I’m writing up a Google review now to show my actual feelings about the service I consistently receive here. It’s really very sad. I would tell anyone not to purchase anything from this dealer - even though the purchasing process for both cars we own from there was great. I guess they excel selling you things and then fall short keeping their promises and work done. More

Our vehicle went in 1st week of July! Estimates changed 3 times. Not sure last repair was necessary. Put in incorrect part. Have had three appointments since June and the car keeps breaking down. I have had to tow my car there twice this summer.
