Keep this man on your team! I don't know why Oliver Hong has better ratings than Haroon. Haroon is one of the best people on your team and he knows how to carry himself very well. He genuinely cares about the customers he serves and he is a good and honest man. Keep Haroon, get rid of Hong!! I almost sued because of how disrespectful Hong was, but Haroon?
