Haroon goes through the signing process very quickly, because he knows we're exhausted and wants to get us out of there as quickly as possible. Haroon clicks for us to sign without the ability to read the documents. After telling Haroon that we wanted no additional warranties, Haroon added two warranties in the amount of $5,681 to our contract without our knowledge. I am in the process of working with the warranty company to cancel the warranties and get my money back. Additionally, we signed a document that falsely states we were given a reasonable opportunity to review all the documents. More

A 12-month warranty was added to my financing without my knowledge. I was asked to sign for items I did not receive such as an owner's manual. I was told my tags could not be mailed to me. I was told my vehicle had an oil change before buying it, and I had only traveled a couple of hundred miles when my oil maintenance light came on. I called, I texted, I emailed and it took a call to management and several weeks to finally get everything worked out. I was told they don't care about used cars as much as selling new cars because that is where they make their money. Used cars are counted as cars sold by a salesperson. I will never recommend this dealership and the reason I went is because of the many great reviews. More
