Stephen never gave up on me, he was ready in the morning to make a deal, even before I was. He knew how to get the right deal and I was able to save 4k just because of his knowledge on an EV tax program. I to make a deal, even before I was. Franz was professional and took the time to listen to our needs with the vehicle and with the financial aspects of making the deal. Franz presented all of our options and broke down how it would affect the overall price and the monthly payment, in a clear and understandable way, without making us feel pressured and hurried into a deal. Franz made sure it was the right deal for us. When it's time to buy another car for the kid we will be calling Franz. Thank you Nissan of elk grove for employing a great salesman and a better person. I generally have had bad experiences buying vehicles from dealers. This usually creates lots of anxiety and stress for me., It is the arguing back-and-forth with a sales person on the price of the vehicle. T dealers. This usually creates lots of anxiety and stress for me., It is the arguing back-and-forth with a sales person on the price of the vehicle. The disappointment on the interest rate of the loan, and then negotiation of the warranties and service plans. I was on my way to Sacramento Nissan to buy a used car that I already had a pre-approved loan from my bank. My wife seen your dealer sign from the freeway and asked me to check to see if your location had a used car that would compare to the one we seen on the internet from Sacramento Nissan. When I arrived at your dealer Mr. Ho approached me and I explained what I was looking for. Your dealer didn’t have one on the lot. I started to leave and Mr. Ho asked me to give him 5 minutes. My wife had to use the restroom so I told him he had as long as it took for her to return. He asked what I was looking for out of a car. I was very specific with the make , model and even the trim package. He went to his computer, typed in the information and gave me a price. Not a price to negotiate or a price to go back to some manager behind some door. He did not try to explain what a great deal I’m getting but he can do a little bit better because I’m such a great guy that he doesn’t know. I asked him if that was the final price and it was. We discussed some added options to protect the car but the price of the car stayed the same. Mr Ho then explained financing that could be offered. He got some information from me and came back quickly with some numbers that were straightforward and better than my bank. Mr. Khan Ho changed my outlook on buying a new car. Throughout this process, he explained to me the features on the vehicle other options on the vehicle and what to expect after I purchase the vehicle. Because of him I will be buying my next car at Elk Grove Nissan. I will also be telling all my coworkers and friends about my experience. More
