Unable to fix problem. They said that they hear the noise it’s making and that it shouldn’t be making the noise but they can not find where it’s coming from. I have not had a good experience with the service department. I believe everyone there should be fired. With that said, I keep coming back because of IL Park. I have known IL for about 4 years and he department. I believe everyone there should be fired. With that said, I keep coming back because of IL Park. I have known IL for about 4 years and he is a very honest man. He has always treated me well and looked out for my interests. I also have had the opportunity experience with Matt and Sven, with whom I dealt recently. Both Matt and Sven also treated me very well and it was a good experience. I am soon leaving the area, but as far as sales I can definitely recommend and I would return. The service department gets a zero and I would never go there unless I had no choice. I have asked repeatedly to speak to the service manager and he has refused. That says it all. More

My salesperson (Neil) was very nice and accommodating. Everything was going smoothly UNTIL I started asking technical questions about the GM certified vehicle program as advertised on their website. It seems to me as if Neil was told by management to just shut up and put me in the finance office. I really don’t think Neil was part of the nonsense. But unfortunately, the good guys pay for the bad guys.Soon as I got into the finance office I was hit with the fact that I needed to pay an additional $1600 if I wanted the vehicle to be certified through GM. That is a bunch of xx because the vehicle was listed as a GM certified preowned on their website and it was actually listed on the Carfax as well. Obviously, I busted out of the finance office as I was not going to fall for that trap. On my way out of the dealership, (Scott) manager stopped me and gave me a lame explanation that because I had negotiated the price of the vehicle, they could not sell it to me certified. What a bunch of crock! Everybody negotiates the price of a vehicle. They never mentioned that to drop $1500 on their listed sale price they would have to decertify the vehicle and I would have to pay $1600 to get it recertified. Then Scott starts talking nonsense about the fact that all their GM used cars are pre-certified. That’s all a bunch of xx as well. Horrible tactics being used by old dogs in this business at this dealership. Ultimately, I was told that if I paid an additional $400 I would be able to take delivery of the vehicle GM certified. I sucked it up and paid the $400. This review would have been completely positive if they wouldn’t have pulled that stunt on me. Both the manager and the finance guy were in Kahoots to “Scrooge” me out of extra money that day. Crooked old school tactics. I highly recommend not purchasing from this dealership. Guy in finance uses very aggressive old-school sales tactics. I buy a lot of cars, this was the most aggressive finance department I’ve dealt with in about seven years!!!!!! Guy seemed like a cool person, but those tactics are outrageous 🙀😂. Stay away from this dealership at all cost. Not worth the games. If you read this and decide to swim against the current 🤪, good luck! You’ll find out the hard way. I definitely urge older folks to stay away and not fall into this dealerships aggressive and abusive tactics. Just not good! I also purchased some all weather mats in the parts department. Very nice guy, but the dealership charges 3% additional on top of what you’re already getting ripped off for if you use a credit card to pay. Total thieves and xxxxx. This place is a joke. More

On May 31st, my wife and I made the 2. 5-hour drive to Palm Chevy with excitement, having found what seemed to be the vehicle we were interested in. Prior to arriving, we confirmed the car 5-hour drive to Palm Chevy with excitement, having found what seemed to be the vehicle we were interested in. Prior to arriving, we confirmed the car was available and were told IL Park would be our point of contact. Upon arrival, we were met with a less-than-welcoming attitude from Mr. Park. His demeanor was dry, unengaged, and gave no indication of genuine interest in helping us. After a brief test drive, we were handed off to another sales representative who was clearly inexperienced and struggled to navigate the negotiation process. We made an offer that was well within reason and explained our budget, but after the salesperson spoke with his manager, we were told flatly there was no deal to be made—without any attempt at compromise, creative solutions and disregard to the 5 hour drive time. Having worked as a Collision Director for a major auto group for many years, I am fully aware of how successful dealerships operate and how important the customer experience is. This dealership, unfortunately, fell far short. There was a complete lack of professionalism, no effort at negotiation, and zero customer care. After another 2.5-hour drive home, we were left not only without a vehicle but also deeply disappointed disheartened on how we were treated. I expect a generic response asking me to call the dealership. If there’s any interest in making this right, it is the responsibility of the dealership to reach out to the customer—not the other way around. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service or a respectful buying process. More

We just purchased our 2nd Equinox 5 years after purchasing our first Equinox from Palm. The process was one of the quickest(3 1/2 hours) from start to finish. The only BUT was having to wait an hou purchasing our first Equinox from Palm. The process was one of the quickest(3 1/2 hours) from start to finish. The only BUT was having to wait an hour to do the financing. The gentleman apologized several times as we were 3rd in line and he was the only one at the end of the day. We HATE the process of purchasing a new car so this was a much better experience. Of course we were paying cash for the difference and with less than 50,000 miles on our trade in we didn’t care if we traded or not! We decided to trade because we could afford to pay the difference and did not want to get caught up in future tariffs. More
