I have been doing business with Mohawk Honda for 7 years and the quality of the vehicles and service are what keeps me coming back. Recently I thought there was an issue with my car and used the express ser and the quality of the vehicles and service are what keeps me coming back. Recently I thought there was an issue with my car and used the express service at the dealership. Ian O'Connor was very professional, helpful and patient with all of my questions. I traded in my 2020 CRV EX for a 2023 CRV EXL! I absolutely love the car and the changes Honda has made to the vehicle, it's sleek and beautiful and a quiet, peppy ride! Kern Swoboda made the the process effortless and enjoyable. Abbie in tech and set up was so sweet and helpful. And Tony Riano was also easy going and a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured to make my decision I was struggling with between a hybrid sport and EXL models. Kern was patient and informative with my decision. I would tell anyone to go there for their next car purchase! More

It is such a pleasant experience every time I have service done at this dealership. On Dec. 12, 2022, I had my spoiler re-Simonized. It was done free of charge because Simonize would not honor their service done at this dealership. On Dec. 12, 2022, I had my spoiler re-Simonized. It was done free of charge because Simonize would not honor their guarantee of their product for me. The job was done to perfection! This happened all because of Michael Malone, Service Drive Coordinator. He gets 5 stars from me! Thank you!! More

Returned from a vacation trip and our 18 CRV had a strange rubbing sound coming from one of the wheels. Ian got us in quickly for an appointment, in view of safety concerns with brakes, and got them strange rubbing sound coming from one of the wheels. Ian got us in quickly for an appointment, in view of safety concerns with brakes, and got them checked determining they were safe. He was detailed in his explanation and told us that some surface debris caused by the CRV not being driven for a week while parked at our hotel across from the ocean, caused a coating on the rotors. He said it should dissipate in s few hundred miles but if it doesn’t to give home a call. Great experience. More
